Vanilla Pudding Mix
1-1/2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sifted cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla powder
Combine all ingredients and store in container with tight-fitting lid. Makes 3 cups mix, yielding 24 servings of prepared pudding. Stir mix well.
For two servings, combine 1/4 cup Vanilla Pudding Mix and 1 cup milk in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil gently, stirring constantly, for one minute.
Remove from heat and add 1/4 tsp vanilla, stirring well. Pour into serving dishes and chill until thickened.

recipfresh, my recipe calls for powdered sugar and powdered vanilla. It was planned for personal use, that granted could be thrown together for a jar gift with instructions. Liss’ recipe does not have the two extra dry ingredients that I use and is designed to be used as jar gifts.
However…I want to thank you for being so alert to possible duplicates!
As a MOD, that is something that I track dailythe last thing that the forums need is the same ‘ol, same ‘ol, if you know what I mean;-D
