      bacteria growth. The acid/alkaline balance is very important to good
      health. If you eat white flour, white sugar, margarine, meats and dairy,
      and are not balancing these with lots of fruits and vegetables, you are
      guaranteed to be acidic.

      Drink water — at least half your body weight in ounces.
