hair. Since getting the book Curly Girl as a gift over a year ago – I have
saved a FORTUNE on hair care products (a simple organic conditioner and a clear
basic cheap gel is all I need). My hair has also never looked better and
healthier.I highly, highly recommend it if you or someone you love has curly
or wavy hair.

I sometimes use it as shampoo. Got the idea from here: https://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/
They call it a conditioner wash. As I have gotten older I’ve found my
hair is much dryer, and I don’t wash it as often, maybe once or twice a week
with shampoo, once or twice with just conditioner and the rest either no wash
or just a water rinse. My hair is down almost to my waist and I don’t wash the
length of my hair past my neck because it drys it too much, I just let the
shampoo from my head rinse through, so I need less shampoo as well.Sue
