This is my menu for Monday through Thursday of this week. It’s a weird one because I am trying to use up random things in the house. All meals are served with fruits and veggies, even if I don’t add them on the menu. I don’t plan those. I just pick them at dinnertime or whatever.
Breakfast:Pancakes with fruit topping (uses up frozen berries)
Lunch:Homemade tortillas with peanut butter and raisins (uses up raisins)
Dinner:Pork Chops, Sweet Potatoes, and greens (uses up greens)
Dessert:carrot cookies (uses up, what else, carrots)
Breakfast:Applesauce Oatmeal (uses up applesauce)
Lunch:Grilled Cheese sandwiches (uses up velveeta)
Dinner:Pork Fried Rice
Dessert:Strawberry Shortcake (uses up frozen strawberries, baking mix, and whipped topping)
Breakfast: Biscuits and Fruit (uses up fruit)
Lunch:Corn Tortilla Chips with refried beans and salsa (uses up salsa and corn tortillas)
Dinner:Crockpot Chicken and veggies (uses up chicken)
Dessert: Homemade Bagels
Dinner: Pizza (uses up cheese)
Dessert: Banana Splits

Thank you. Neither one is really a recipe, though. For the chicken, I stick a chicken and whatever veggies I like, season it, add broth, and cook all day. For the shortcakes, I make biscuits, top with cut up strawberries and whipped cream. 🙂 Easy-peasy.

Will a whole chicken due? Or is it cut up legs and stuff?
