Not a true dump and run…just an extra step but still can be a weeknight meal if you make the rice ahead of time;-D Undone Stuffed Pepper Casserole 1 lb lean ground beef 2 green peppers, coarsely chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups cooked long-grain white rice 24-oz jar spaghetti sauce 1-1/2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend 1 tbs cream cheese, divided into four ‘lumps’ Brown meat with peppers and garlic in large skillet.
Drain. Stir in rice, spaghetti sauce and 3/4 cup cheese. Spoon into crockpot sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining cheese. Cook on low for 2 hours or high for 1 hour. Note: crockpot temperatures vary…mine did it on low for an hour…I had a friend test it in her crockpot and it took 2 hours on low for the cheeses to melt and meld properly.
