Unable to download book on keeping groceries to $250.month

  I ordered the book, and paid through PayPal, received email verification from this site, and from PayPal for the transaction. But when I go back to the site and log in, if I try to download the ebook, it asks me to pay again.
  There is clearly a problem. If I am misunderstanding how to access the ebook, please provide the proper information so I can do so.

  In order to download the eBook, you must follow the directions in the confirmation email that tell you to Log OUT with your registered username and Login with the username provided in the Ebook Download Email.
  
  Logging in with your registered username will not work.
