Scholastic [scholastic.com] is offering two free books (does not mention which) for participating in Small Business Saturday. You must download form (see link) and mail in with a short reason why you visited the particular store. Limit 2, while supplies last. Must be postmarked by 01/31/2015, though you’d want to submit ASAP.

Fill out the Scholastic Free Book Offer for Small Business Saturday® Book Redemption Card (“Redemption Card”) with your name and address and up to two (2) small businesses that you visited on Small Business Saturday® and a short reason why. For purposes of this promotion, a small business is defined as a retailer, restaurant, or non-professional service provider with annual revenue of less than $100 million and fewer than 99 employees. You are not required to know as a certainity whether a business meets these criteria, but you must make a good faith determination. Redemption Card may also be found at scholastic.com/ShopSmall. Between 10/23/14 (12:01 AM EST) and 1/31/15 (11:59 PM EST), mail the Redemption Card via regular U.S. mail to: Scholastic Free Book Offer, P.O. Box 711, New York, NY 10012. Postage is not required. While supplies last, you will receive one book for each small business, up to two (2), that you list on the Redemption Card. Limit one (1) Redemption Card per household; limit two (2) book per household. All Redemption Cards must be postmarked by 1/31/15. No facsimiles, reproductions, or digital reporductions of Redemption Cards will be accepted. Offer may not be re-sold, bartered or offered on auction sites. No group, commercial or business requests. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, postage-due or otherwise undeliverable mail. SUBMIT YOUR REDEMPTION CARD ONLY VIA REGULAR MAIL.
