Meal 1: Turkey with all the trimmings
Meal 2: White Pizza – Last night made “white pizza” made a very tasty garlic white sauce as the base, then put on parmesan cheese, some “regular” pizza cheese (mozzarella or cheddar would work) sliced bits of turkey breast all over it, added in onions, mushrooms and some broccoli for colour and nutrition and baked on whole wheat homemade crust.
Meal 3- Curry Soup which will also contain turkey. All
this from one breast. I tend to strip my turkey to bones and then freeze
the parts in medium size freezer bags, that way there is no loss of good
meat while you consider what to do with it.
