This was a real easy one to use up some of my turkey leftovers.
2 c. cooked turkey (shredded)
3-4 c. turkey gravy (mine was leftover)
3 Tbs.
flour
salt & pepper to taste
In a large sauce pan combine turkey and gravy over medium heat. Once heated through, turn up heat and stir in flour. Turn heat up, and stir until it is slightly thickened.
Salt and pepper to taste. Note: if it doesn’t want to thicken, just add more flour, 1 Tbs. at a time.
Serve over mashed potatoes (or toast, or both :043: )
