Brown the turkey sausages – I use Jennie-O, and put into the crock pot. Then add your favorite red pasta sauce. Mine is full of garlic – at least 10 large cloves and I add a splash of red wine to 2 jars of store bought when I’m pressed for time.
Cover and cook for 4 hours or so on low. When you come home from work, cook up some spaghetti noodles and you’re good to go!
