1/4c. shortening 1c. hot milk 3c. ground turkey 2c. soft bread crumbs (seasoned crumbs are the best) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp pepper 2 eggs beaten 1/4c. chopped celery 1/4c. chopped onion
Melt shortening in milk in saucepan over low heat. Mix remaining ingredents. Add milk mixture.–blend well. Pour lighty into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
