Turkey Chili

      This chili is healthy, low fat and delicious.

      1 lb ground turkey
      1 onion chopped
      1 stalk celery
      1 red bell pepper chopped
      1 can stewed tomatoes
      1 tbsp tomato paste for thickner
      1 tsp chili pepper or more if desired
      2 tbsp chili powder
      1 tbsp cumin
      2 cans drained and rinsed desired beans (kidney, navy or black beans)

      Brown ground turkey along with onion and celery stalk. Add tomatoes and vegetables and everything else except beans simmer about 15 min. Add beans and finish cooking about 20 more min. Add salt to desired taste.

      This meal is very cheap as ground turkey goes on sale for under 2.00 lb.
