Tuna Noodle Casserole
1 box kraft dinner (or similar)
1 can tuna
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 soup can of milk
1/4 cup of diced onion or celery (optional)
Make the kraft dinner according to directions on the box then turn it into a
greased casserole dish. Mix in 1 can of tuna, drained, 1 can of soup, 1 can
of milk, and 1/4 cup of diced onion or celery. It will seem quite liquid,
but thickens as it cooks.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. If
desired, you can sprinkle the top of this casserole with breadcrumbs or
cracker crumbs with a little grated cheese before baking. You can also add
1/2 cup of frozen peas or corn, or whatever frozen veggie you have on hand.
Makes 4 servings.
