    Okay, I warned you last week that I have a tendency to really work my abs. Depending on which expert fitness guru you read, the abdominals are the only muscle group that can be worked daily without any issues.

    Here is my Typical Tuesday Workout:

    Well folks, that is my weekly workout. Generally speaking, I try to walk 3-6 miles at least 3x’s a week.

    I started doing your workout plan about 10 days ago, I took your advice and tossed my scale into a closet and haven’t looked at it at all. but i did measure myself like you said to do and i have lost 6 INCHES overall in only 10 days!! Granted that’s not all from 1 single place, but that’s overall inch loss from your directions.

    Thank you, this site is a godsend.

    I would love to do this work out but I have had a hip replacement and I am having a lot of problems with. Do you have any suggestions.

    Start out with some upper body exercises. Do you have access to a swimming pool? Water exercises are great and take the pressure off your hips.

    I use the new workout program Focus T25 by Beachbody and it killed me on day one xD Will definitely have to try this though!

    My spouse & I have started this workout plan, our goal is to be in shape for the holidays. We’re going on a cruise in January (1st one ever!) and we want to look and feel our best. So far, the workout is kicking our behinds, but we’re on week 2.
