Transform a Room for a Party for under $10

Here’s a really inexpensive, super easy way to transform an entire room for a party for about $10.

You’ll Need:
A package of Balloons (in whatever Colors)
A few Plastic Table Cloths – the cheap ones from the dollar store.

Cut the plastic tablecloths into wide strips, 3-4 per tablecloth- then alternate the colors like you see in the photo. Start from the center and work out towards the sides, then add a bundle of balloons & ribbons to the center to hide the taped pieces.

This really makes the room come alive and is so inexpensive and fast to put together!

You could do this in black and orange for Halloween, different colors for a baby shower or anniversary party, etc.
