      Tortilla Crepes

      1 can pie filling (21 ounce)
      4-8 inch flour tortillas
      1 Tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
      1/2 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

      Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Reserve 1/4 cup pie filling; spoon the remaining pie filling equally over the tortillas, forming a line across the center of each. Roll up and place seam side down on a baking sheet.

      Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through. Let cool for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with teh confectioners’ sugar. Top each with a dollop of both whipped topping and reserved pie filling.

      Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.

      Kim,

      Tortilla Crepes what a wonderful idea. I’ll have extra wraps left over from a meal that I have planned –now I know what to do w/ them.

      Dessert in a flash-my kids love these and easy for them to fix as well.
