      2 qts ripe tomatoes 1 C chopped celery

      1 C chopped white onions 2 red peppers, chopped

      2 C diced tart apples 1 1/2 C VINEGAR

      12 green peppers, seeded & chopped 2 3/4 C SUGAR

      1 T SALT 1 T broken
      cinnamon sticks

      1/2 t whole cloves 2 T white mustard
      seed

      scald, peel & chop tomatoes. add other ingredients.

      boil, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thickened.

      pour into sterile jars & seal.
      .
