The recipe I use for the same thing 1lb ground turkey 1 family sized can pinto beans ( don’t drain) 1 can chili beans ( don’t drain) 1 can corn whole ( don’t drain) 2 cans diced tomatoes ( don’t drain) 1 can tomato paste 2 cups water 1 pkg taco seasoning
Brown meat & put in CP dump everything else in and let cook on low 6-8 hrs or 4-6 on high. If you cook on high make sure to check the liquid level after 4 hrs. Crockpot vary in temps so yours might run hotter than mine. Serve alone or topped with MYO sour cream, shredded cheese, crushed tortilla chips or onion.
Whatever you have leftover 🙂 Have leftovers? firm & stretch by adding another can of pinto beans [mash some until firmer] & using it to make burritos or tacos.
