Thirfty Turkey Soup
Turkey carcass
2 onions finely chopped
6 stalks of celery finely chopped
6 carrot finely chopped
2 chicken bouillion cubes
1 cup of rice
Cover carcass w/ warter in a large kettle–simmer for 2 hours or until meat falls from bone. Remmove carcass– pick meat from bones. Strain broth– return meat and broth to the kettle.
Add remaining ingredients–mix well. Simmer, stirring occasionally,for about 45 minutes. Ready to eat umm
