      Tater Tot Chili Casserole serves 6

      1 small onion chopped

      1 can 15 oz red kidney beans drained

      2 cans 15 oz each no bean chili

      1 can 11 oz mexicorn drained

      1 cup 4 oz mexican style shredded cheese blend 3 cups frozen tater tots

      from 1 32 oz pkg

      Preheat the oven to 400.Coat a 2 quart baking dish with cooking

      spray.Coat a medium pot with cooking spray heat over medium heat.Add

      onion and cook until softened 5 mins.Add beans and mash with a fork.Stir

      in chili and mexicorn.Bring to a simmer.Remove from heat and stir in 1/2

      cup cheese.Pour mixture into a baking dish and top with tater tots in a

      single layer.Bake 30 mins or until bubbly.Sprinkle with remaining 1/2

      cup cheese.Bake until melted 2 mins.Let stand 10 mins before serving.
