There has got to be a better way to vacuum and mop my floors…..pl

  Well, after not being careful and just trusting our loan officer, I got a
  
  mortgage with a high interest variable rate and a 1 yr. prepayment penalty.
  
  My year is almost up and I really want to refinance but, really want to know
  
  what I’m getting into this time. Has anybody refinanced lately? Any tips or
  
  suggestions for a wonderful company to work with? We’re located in NJ but, I
  
  know some companies work with alot of different states.
