      Sweet and Spicy Snack Mix

      Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 25 Minutes

      Serves: 16 Submitted by: Makers of SPLENDA Sweetener Products

      2 cups toasted O-shaped cereal

      2 cups small reduced-fat pretzels

      1 cup oyster crackers

      1 cup dry roasted peanuts

      1 egg white

      1/2 cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

      1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

      1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper

      Directions Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

      Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

      Beat egg white until foamy; stir in SPLENDA Granulated,

      Worcestershire sauce and red pepper. Pour over cereal mixture,

      tossing to coat.

      Spray a 15- X 10-inch jellyroll pan with cooking spray; spread cereal

      mixture in a single layer in pan.

      Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool.

      Store mix in an airtight container.

      Pineapple Yogurt Dip

      Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time:

      Serves: 24 Submitted by: Makers of SPLENDA Sweetener Products

      1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened

      1 (8 ounce) container fat-free plain yogurt

      1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well

      1/2 cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

      Directions Process cream cheese, yogurt, pineapple, and SPLENDA

      Granulated in a food processor or blender until smooth, stopping to

      scrape down sides. Spoon into a serving dish; cover and chill. Serve

      with assorted fresh fruit.

      Triple Grape Kool-Aid(R) Brain Freeze

      Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time:

      Serves: 4 Submitted by: Makers of SPLENDA Sweetener Products

      Ingredients

      1/2 cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

      2 (.13 ounce) envelopes Kool-Aid Grape Flavor Unsweetened Soft Drink

      Mix

      2 cups red seedless grapes, frozen

      1 1/2 cups unsweetened purple grape juice

      Directions Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed;

      process mixture until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.

      TIP: To freeze grapes, individually remove them from the stems, wash

      thoroughly, and blot dry. Place in zip-top plastic bags and freeze to

      have ready whenever you need them.

      Crispy-Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

      Prep Time: 15 Minutes Cook Time: 12 Minutes

      Serves: 36 Submitted by: Makers of SPLENDA Sweetener Products

      Ingredients

      1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

      1 teaspoon baking soda

      1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

      1 cup butter, softened

      1 cup SPLENDA Sugar Blend for Baking

      1 tablespoon molasses

      2 large eggs

      1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

      3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal, uncooked

      1 cup raisins

      Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

      Stir together flour, soda, and cinnamon. Set aside.

      Beat butter and SPLENDA® Sugar Blend for Baking at medium speed with

      an electric mixer until fluffy. Add eggs, molasses and vanilla,

      beating until blended. Gradually add flour mixture, beating at low

      speed until blended.

      Stir in oats and raisins.

      Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto lightly greased baking sheets.

      Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly on

      baking sheets. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

      Serve up these favorite snacks during homework time and make hitting

      the books a treat.
