1 pkg 1.4 oz instant vanilla sugar-free pudding mix 2 c reduced-fat (2%) milk 2 c cooked, cooled brown rice 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/3 c raisins or dried cranberries, optional
What you do:
Whisk together pudding mix and milk until smooth. Stir in rice, cinnamon, and fruit (if using). Pour into bowl and let set for about 10 minutes. Spoon into individual pudding bowls and serve.
