My husband and I have the same problem. We are bargain shoppers, and with that we end up with inexpensive things but at the same time tings we don’t really need. We get caught in a moment.
Just before Christmas we decided that we will only go shopping 2 times a week. Sunday and Monday. Whatever we forget, well too bad, it will have to hold till following shopping day.It is not just things we get, it is food as well. We have 2 fridges and a large freezer full of food. Food can only last so long and then I have to get rid of it.
So I found out that shopping 2 days a week helps us.
