brown and add to large crock pot / slow cooker 1 lb of ground beef and/or 1 lb of ground turkey or cooked leftover hamburgers crumbled add 2 large cans of red beans (16 oz) 2 large cans of diced tomatoes 1 package of taco seasoning 2 tsp cumin (more if desired) 2 cans Rotel with chili 1 large onion sliced and diced
cook on medium all day serve in bowl and top with sour cream, shredded cheese, and diced onion. enjoy.
