      brown and add to large crock pot / slow cooker
      1 lb of ground beef and/or
      1 lb of ground turkey or
      cooked leftover hamburgers crumbled
      2 large cans of red beans (16 oz)
      2 large cans of diced tomatoes
      1 package of taco seasoning
      2 tsp cumin (more if desired)
      2 cans Rotel with chili
      1 large onion sliced and diced

      cook on medium all day
      serve in bowl and
      top with sour cream, shredded cheese, and diced onion.

      Tired of saltines? use nacho chips or cornbread as a side!
