Teriyaki Grilled Corn
1 T. Brown sugar
1 T. Tomato paste
1/4 t.
Cornstarch
2 T. Water
1 t. Sesame seeds
6 Ears fresh corn
Place all ingredients, except corn, into a pot. Whisk together & bring to a
boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat & simmer for 1 minute.
Remove from
heat.
Prepare grill.
Husk corn & grill covered for 5 to 10 minutes.
When almost done, baste with glaze two or three times.
