Tater-Tot Casserole II
1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
10-3/4 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas)
1 lb pkg tater tots
Heat oven to 375º.
Brown meat with onions in large skillet. Drain. Spoon into 2-qt casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
Mix soup and milk until blended. Pour over meat mixture. Top with remaining ingredients.
Bake 45 min or until tater tots are golden brown and casserole is heated through. Serves 6
