I make this for my son’s quite often and they love it. Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1 16 oz. can of Mexican corn 1 16 oz. can of stewed tomatoes (Italian) 1 package taco seasoning(Used recipe for from here) 1-2 boxes Jiffy Mix Cornbread
Preparation: Brown ground beef, drain. Add taco seasoning to hamburger and follow directions on the back of seasoning package. Add stewed tomatoes and Mexican corn. Mix up cornbread mix, and pour over ground beef mixture. Bake at 350-400 degrees, until bread browns and the inside is done.
