Here is a taco soup we like to eat.
Taco Soup
1 large can of crushed or diced tomatoes
1 can stew tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can corn
1 packet of taco seasoning
2 lbs cooked hamburgerPut all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 1 ? hours. Serve with
tortilla chips. Can garnish with cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
I add two more cans of bean of any kind, if not adding meat. Here is a chicken tortilla one we like too.
Chicken Tortilla Soup
4 chicken breast
2-15 oz cans of black beans, undrained
2-15 oz cans of Mexican stew tomatoes
1 can drained corn
1 c. salsa
1-4 oz can chopped green chilies
1-14 ? oz can of tomato sauce
tortilla chips
2 c.grated cheese
Combine all ingredients except chips and cheese, into crock pot. Cook 8 hours
on low. Just before serving, remove chicken and shred, then stir back into
soup.Serve with chips and cheese.Enjoy!
