Each salad is held in a snack size Frito bag:

You add your olives, lettuce, cheese, tomatos, and dressing to your chips! Good, fast, and kids love em.:035:

I grew up on something like this it was called “Frito Chili Pie” simple chips, chili and cheese. I made it for my boys and they were like oh I love walking taco’s. Guess the school here makes it for them also but calls it a “Walking Taco” because you have less fuss and messes.
