Taco Dip
16-oz can refried beans
1 cup chunky salsa
1 cup sour cream
1 avocado, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, cut into thin slices
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup black beans, cooked
1/2 cup shredded Mexican 4-cheese blendSpread refried beans onto large serving plate.
Top with layers of remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping as an appetizer. Makes 48 servings or as a main dish for 4 with a salad (if using as a main dish, divide and portion up onto 4 plates, serve with chips, and salad on the side).
