Sweet & Spicy Chicken Strips

  1 cup picante sauce
  1/4 cup honey
  1/2 tsp ground ginger
  1 1/2 lb chicken, cut into strips
  
  1.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2.) In a medium bowl, mix picante sauce, honey & ginger. Toss strips with mixture. Place in non-stick shallow baking pan.
  
  Bake 40-50 minutes, or until glazed & done, turning & brushing often with sauce during last 30 minutes.
