1 cup icante sauce 1/4 cup honey 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1 1/2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium bowl, mix picante sauce, honey & ginger. Toss chicken strips with sauce mixture. Place in non-stick shallow baking pan.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until glazed & done, turning & brushing often with sauce during the last 30 minutes. Serve.
