Sweet Potato Casserole:
3 cups sweet potato, cooked and mashed
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp vanilla
Dash of salt
Combine all ingredients in 9×13 pan.
Streusel Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup flour
1/4 stick butter, softened
Mix well together. Sprinkle streusel on top of casserole.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
