4 med. sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced inch thick 3 granny smith apples peeled and sliced inch thick 3 cups mini marshmallows 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cop chopped pecans 2 Tbsp cornstarch 1/2 cup water 1 Tbsp butter
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Lay all slices of sweet potatoes, overlapping, on bottom of pan. Cover with layer of all the apples. Top this with the mini-marshmallows.
Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon and pecans. Sprinkle over base in pan. Stir together cornstarch and water.
