Two large cans of sweet potatoes, or 10 fresh potatoes peeled and sliced.
add 4 tbsp. brown sugar, bake for 1 1/2 hour if canned, three hours if fresh, at 350 degree oven. Then
add 8 oz. of pineapple crushed, and enough marshmallows to cover the top of the dish,
then place the dish back into the oven until the marshmallows brown.
They come out sweet and have a nice topping. You can also add walnuts when baking if you like them and no one is allergic to them!
