      Swedish Meatballs:heart:
      1/2 cup warm cream
      1/2 cup breadcrumbs
      1 lb ground beef
      2 tsp salt
      1/3 tsp pepper
      1/8 tsp all spice
      2 egg yolks
      1/2 cup milk
      2 tsp minced onion
      4 Tbsp cooking oil
      Soak the breadcrumbs in warm cream; mix with meat, etc.
      Brown the meat in cooking oil.

      this is my basic Swedish meatball recipe. I flash freeze ’em and have them on hand for a variety of uses.
