I think I would make something for everyone in my family… in the first I would put cream cheese, chicken, cream of chicken, and cheddar for a cheesy chicken dinner for my boys…

in the middle i would toss in cream of chicken, some pork, and some homemade ranch seasoning for some ranch house pork for my my hubby, and in the last one i would put some home made chili, ground turkey, sour cream, salsa, and cheddar cheese and make some taco dip for my daughter.

everyone ecstatic and mom only had to cook once!!! that would be heavenly!!! :-d

I would make Hot spinach and Artichoke Dip, Marinated Grilled
      Shrimp and Mom’s Sloppy Joes.

      Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
      Ingredients
1 cup thawed, chopped frozen spinach
1 1/2 cups thawed, chopped frozen artichoke hearts
      6 ounces cream cheese
      1/4 cup sour cream
      1/4 cup mayonnaise
      1/3 cup grated Parmesan
      1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
      1/4 tsp salt
      1/4 tsp garlic powder
      Directions
Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 cup of water until tender and drain. Discard liquid. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute or until hot and soft.

Stir in rest of ingredients and serve hot. ( I serve with Pita wedges or Crudites)

      Marinated Grilled Shrimp
      Ingredients:
      3 cloves garlic, minced
      1/3 cup olive oil
      1/4 cup tomato sauce
      2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
      2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
      1/2 teaspoon salt
      1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
      skewers
      Directions
In a large bowl stir together the garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce, and red wine vinegar. Season with basil, salt, and cayenne pepper. Add shrimp to the bowl, and stir until evenly coated.

Cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring once or twice.
Preheat grill for medium heat. Thread shrimp onto skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head. Discard marinade.

Lightly oil grill grate. Cook shrimp on preheated grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until opaque. ( I have then put it in rock pot on warm or low setting to stay warm.

      Mom’s Sloppy Joes
      Ingredients
      1/8 cup finely chopped onion
      1/8 cup finely chopped celery
      8 oz can tomato sauce
      1/4 cup ketchup
      1 tablespoon vinegar
      1 tablespoon sugar
      1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
      1 pound hamburger.
      Directions:
Fry hamburger with chopped onion and celery. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 30-45 minutes on low heat. (This is a small batch)

I have two recipes that are my stand by for parties.

      2) Salsa, Velveeta cheese and ground hamburger to dip chips in

The Allotta Family loves to eat but we like to KISS! Keep it Short and Simple!
      1) Our first recipe is Pineapple Habanero dip- it couldn’t get any simpler, 1 block of cream cheese cut into 16 equal pieces and then topped with one cup of chilled Roberts Reserve pineapple habanero sauce. Surround by your Families favorite crackers or chips.

      Easy Peasy!
      2) Our second recipe is Fried Ravioli- this is an Italian favorite of Ours! Take frozen Large square ravioli( do not defrost) and dip each one separately
in beaten eggs or egg substitute than into white flour , than back into eggs, and finally into Italian bread crumbs. Once all are cover with breadcrumbs deep fry 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.

When all have been fried, dip in your favorite jarred Spaghetti sauce.
      3) Our third is crock pot Cheese dip which is made with 2lbs of Velveeta cubed with 1 cup of chunky Salsa( make with your families favorite strength in mind) We like ours Hot!!!! Place in crock pot on high of at least 30 minutes before serving ,stirring often until cheese and salsa melt together. If you would like it a thinner consistency add additional salsa. If you like to kick it up a notch you can add 1 cup of kernel corn, 1 tsp of chili seasoning, and 1 chopped jalapeno pepper.

Dip tortillas, Tortilla chips or Veggies and enjoy!
Three recipes as easy as pie

I know what I would make if I won this….I would make velveeta and salsa, one log of velveeta to one jar of salsa. the next one would be one log of velveeta, and one can of chili. the next would be for dessert.

I would take a can of sweetened condensed milk and a hot water bath for 8 hours and have homemade caramel. I would keep it on the can and keep it warm so we could have an apple dip.

2 pkgs hot dogs, cut up
      ½ cup sugar
      ¼ cup catsup/ketchup
      2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
      1 teaspoon red pepper
      1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
      2 cans beer

Add everything together in saucepan except hot dogs. When all blended, add hot dogs.

Place in crockpot to keep warm.

      Hot Tamale Meatballs
      3 pounds ground beef
1 Jiffy corn bread mix – cooked and crumbled
      1 can enchilada sauce

Mix and form meatballs. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or till done at 350F.

      SAUCE:
      2 cans enchilada sauce
      2-16 oz tomato sauce
      2 tablespoon sugar

Mix and pour over meatballs. Keep warm in crock pot or casserole dish. Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream.

      Hot Reuben Dip
2 packages Buddig corned beef or similar
2 cups grated or shredded Swiss cheese
      1 can sauerkraut, drained
1 cup mayonnaise, not miracle whip
      ½ cup chopped onions

combine together and bake for ½ hour at 350F OR place in crockpot on high to heat through, then turn to low.
Serve warm on party rye bread (mini slices).

      Now that’s an awesome prize!

I would use 1 of the pots to keep my Chicken Wings Hot (not that they last long), we usually make the copycat hooters wings.

I also use the base of the Copycat hooters wings to dip dill pickle chips in and fry those as well. They’re a big hit!

We make a giant batch of meatballs:

      2 pounds lean ground beef
      8 ounces ground pork
      2 cups Italian flavored breadcrumbs
      1 cup milk
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
      4 medium eggs, lightly beaten
      2 cloves garlic, minced
      1 medium onion, minced
      Salt and pepper
Just mix it all together and form it into balls and then bake the balls at 350, then divide them up and add different sauces to each pot.

For Sweet & Sour Meatballs add 1 bottle Chili Sauce & 1 Sm Jar of Grape Jelly

For Apricot sticky balls add 1 pkg of Onion Soup Mix and 1 jar of apricot jelly

For Beer Sauce (a Favorite!) Use

      • 14 oz ketchup
      • 12 oz beer
      • 1 c sugar

you just dump them in the crockpot, put it on low until everything is hot and ready. yum!

      wing dings

3 lb bag of wing dings
      tbsp season salt
      tbsp pepper
16 bottle of franks buffalo sauce

      season chicken
      put chicken in slow cooker
      add buffalo sauce

      cook on high for 6-8hrs

      cheese dip

      1lb hamburger
      160z salsa
      packet of taco seasoning
      1/2 cup milk
      big block of velveeta cheese

      fry hamburger
      add taco seasoning

place fried hamburger in slow cooker
      add velveeta
      add milk
      add salsa

cook on high for 30 mins then simmer

      reeses peanut butter cup cake

1 (18.25 oz) pkg chocolate cake mix
      1 1/2 cups sour cream
      1/2 cup peanut butter
1 (3 or 4 oz) pkg of instant chocolate pudding mix any size will be fine
1 cup mini peanut butter cups, or 1 cup chopped peanut butter cups
      3/4 cup vegetable oil
      4 eggs
      1 cup water

Spray crock pot with non stick spray. I used my 8 qt crock pot.
Mix all ingredients together and pour in crock.
Cover and cook on low for 6 1/2-7 hours until center is set.
      Serve warm with ice cream.

Cook times may vary slightly based on your crock pot…low on some might be higher than on others. Also, the cake is very loose, more like a pudding-cake.

Oh, what a challenge…crockpots are my favorite tools, whether they come in ones, twos, or threes;-D
      Recipe
      Barbecue Beef Pizza
      1 1/4 cups barbecue sauce
      1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 to 1 1/2 cups leftover roast beef, sliced and diced or cut in thin strips (LEFTOVERS!)
      1/2 medium red onion, sliced
2 small plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
3/4 cup Monterey Jack and Colby or Cheddar cheese blend
      1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
burger or beef grill seasoning blend, optional
      ground black pepper
pizza dough — purchased or make your own
Dump all ingredients into crockpot and stir to mix well.

Cook on low for one hour to heat through. Fit pizza dough in a pizza pan, making a rolled 1-inch edge, or fit into a large deep-dish pizza pan.

Spread the ingredients in the crockpot over the pizza dough.
Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes, until crust is browned and all is bubbly.
      Recipe
Ground Beef and Black Bean Chili
1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin or extra lean ground beef
      1 large sweet onion, diced
      1 red bell pepper, diced
      2 large cloves garlic, minced
4-oz chopped mild green chile peppers
      2-14.5 oz diced tomatoes
      1-8 oz tomato sauce
      1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ancho chile powder or more chili powder
      1/2 tsp ground cumin
      1/4 tsp leaf oregano
      dash chipotle chile powder, optional
15-oz can black beans, rinsed and drained (or make your own)
      salt and pepper, to taste
In a large deep skillet or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef.

Add onion and bell pepper and saute until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients.

Simmer over low heat for about 1 to 2 hours, or transfer to the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
Serve with cornbread or Savory Corn Waffles.
      Serves 6 to 8.
      Recipe #3
      Glazed Sausage Bites
      1 lb bulk pork sausage
      1 egg, slightly beaten
      1/2 cup fine cracker crumbs
      1/3 cup milk
      1/2 tsp ground sage
      1/8 tsp ground thyme
      1/2 cup water
      1/4 cup ketchup
      2 tbs packed brown sugar
      1 tbs vinegar
      1 tbs soy sauce
In a bowl, combine sausage, egg, crumbs, 1/3 cup milk, and ground sage and thyme.

Beat with electric mixer at high speed for 5 minutes. Shape into about 3 dozen small balls (about 1 1/4-inch diameter). The mixture is soft, so keep hands wet to make shaping easier.

In a large skillet, in batches if necessary, brown the sausage balls slowly on all sides, about 12 minutes. Pour off excess fat.
Put the sausage balls in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the sausage bites.

Heat on low for 15 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen bites.
How to serve any of these recipes? …giggle..I’m not sharing Liss…let me win and I’ll sharegiggle smiley

this slow cooker trio would be awesome. one could hold my spicy little smokies. Mix 2-3 packs little smokies, one jar chili sauce, one jar strawberry jelly, splash of hot sauce in crock pot cook til bubbly and thickened.

keep warm on low. 2nd pot for hot corn dip – 1 can drained whole kernel corn, 1 stick velveeta, 1 lb. ground beef (cooked and drained), 1 can ranch beans, 1 can ro-tel.

mix all in crock pot. heat til cheese melts. serve warm with doritoes or tostitoes,.

for the 3rd one chili of course! Brown 1 lb of ground deer with 1 lb. ground beef.

Take 1 lb of deer tenderloin and cut into small pieces, brown with other meat. Add 2 packs chilli seasoning (your fav, I use Williams), 1 can ro-tel, 1-2 cans chopped tomatoes, 2 cans tomato sauce, 2 cans water. 2 tsp.

garlic powder, 1 packet onion soup mix. Yummy getting hungry all ready 🙂

      1. Crockpot Pulled Pork + Beer Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

      pulled pork
      1 (6 pound) pork butt/shoulder (mine was bone-in)
      1 tablespoon onion powder
      1 tablespoon smoked paprika
      1 teaspoon garlic powder
      1/2 teaspoon salt
      1/2 teaspoon pepper
      12 ounces of beer
32 ounces of barbecue sauce + additional for drizzling

      grilled cheese sandwiches
      2 tablespoons unsalted butter
      2 tablespoons flour
      2/3 cup beer
      1/3 cup milk
6 ounces freshly grated white cheddar cheese
8 slices slices whole grain bread
      softened butter for spreading
      Directions:

      for pork:
Optional but yields the best result: heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add about 1-2 tablespoons olive oil. Sear the pork on every side (about 2-3 minutes per side) until golden brown before adding to the crockpot.

Add pork to crockpot with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Add beer and 24 ounces of barbecue sauce. Cook on low for 12 hours, tossing once or twice if desired.

After 8 hours, shred pork with forks or kitchen tongs and add remaining barbecue sauce. Toss pork to coat and let sit for 20-30 minutes before serving to absorb everything. Remove bone (if bone-in) before serving.

This makes a ton of pork and can be made well ahead of time and also frozen afterwards!

      for sandwiches:
To make the beer cheese sauce, heat a small saucepan over medium heat and add butter. Once sizzling, whisk in flour and stir for 1-2 minutes until golden and fragrant and bubbly. Add in beer and milk, whisking well to combine, then reduce heat to low and add cheese, stirring until totally melted and smooth.

Keep over low heat and stir every few minutes while assembling sandwiches.

Heat an electric skillet or griddle over medium heat. Butter the outside sides of each slice of bread. Place 4 slices butter-side down on the skillet, then top with a few handfuls of pulled pork.

Cover in cheese sauce, then top with the other slices or bread, butter-side up. I cooked these grilled cheeses a lot quicker than the others I usually make since the cheese is already melted. As long as the pork and cheese sauce is warm, cook these until each side is deeply golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.

      Serve immediately!

      2. Crockpot Bacon Bourbon Baked Beans

      serves at least 6-8

      1 pound dry navy beans

10 slices thick-cut bacon, cut into pieces

      1 medium sweet onion, chopped

      1 clove garlic, minced

      2 cups water

3/4 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce

1 cup loosely packed brown sugar

      1/4 cup ketchup

      2 tablespoons molasses

      1 cup bourbon

      1 1/2 tablespoons ground mustard

      1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

      2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

The night before, add beans to a large pot and cover with water. Drain the next morning.

Bring beans to a boil in a large pot of water, let simmer for 30-40 minutes, then drain. While beans are cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat and add bacon. Cook until crispy and fat is rendered, then remove bacon with a slotted spoon and let drain on a paper towel.

Reduce heat to medium-low and add onion, cooking for 8-10 minutes, until caramely and soft. Add in garlic, cook for 30 seconds, then turn off heat.

Add water, bourbon, brown sugar, bbq sauce, ketchup, ground mustard, vinegar, molasses and worcestershire sauce to the crockpot and whisk well to combine. Add in beans, onions (and all of the bacon fat) and bacon to the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours, stirring occasionally.

After 10-12 hours, turn crockpot to “warm” setting or turn off completely and let sit anywhere from 30 minutes-2 hours, which will help the sauce for the beans thicken even more. These taste even better the next day!

Note: after 10-12 hours the liquid may still seem “liquidy.” It is imperative to let the beans sit for a while on the lower setting (or on the off setting, still covered) so they become thick and syrupy like traditional baked beans.

      3. French Onion Dip — Homemade in the Crockpot

      Ingredients

2 large onions, finely chopped (about 3 cups chopped onions)
      2 T olive oil
      1 T butter
      large pinch salt
      1 cup sour cream
      ½ c. mayonnaise
      1 small pinch cayenne pepper
      salt to taste

      Instructions

Place onions, oil, butter and pinch of salt into a slow cooker, and stir to coat. Cook on high for 8 hours, or until onions are deep caramel brown.
Drain any liquid off the onions. Combine half the onions with remaining ingredients in a small bowl, salt to taste.

Serve with potato chips and enjoy the Superbowl.

      Notes
My slow cooker works best if I cook larger amounts, so I make a lot of onions and use only half for the dip. The rest can go in the refrigerator and be used in pizzas, sandwiches, or to make an instant french onion soup.

      1) Pork & beans with onions and brown sugar added to taste and loaded up with bite sized sausages

      2) One loaf of Velveeta cheese with a can of Rotel mixed in (I would add more if there were more room in the crock)

      3) Shredded chicken covered with barbecue sauce

Crackers, cheese & mini buns on the side

The first dish would have to be a nice Texas Chili, something hearty and substantial to fill the tummys and warm the hearts:
3 pds. Ground Beef or Beef and Pork combo
      1 qt. Water
1 (16 oz) can Tomatoes ( I prefer the Petite Diced or the Crushed Tomatoes)
      3 med.

      sized Chopped Onions
      1 TBL. Sugar
      1 tsp. Garlic Powder
      2 – 3 TBL.

      Chili Powder (to taste)
      1 tsp. Cumin
      1 tsp. Marjoram
      3 TBL.

      Paprika
      1 TBL Salt
      1 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 to 1 tsp. ayenne Pepper (to taste)
      3-4 TBL.

      Cornmeal
Brown meat mixture. Add remaining ingredients, except for the cornmeal, and simmer for several hours. Before serving, stir in cornmeal 1/2 TBL at a time until of desired consistency.

Keep hot and serve with chopped onions, shredded cheese, sour cream, and guacamole if desired.

The second dish would probably be a nice Queso mixture that could be used with tortilla chips throughout the game:
      1 small can Evaporated Milk
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pkg. (or 2 TBL.) Ranch Dressing Mix
1 (4 oz.) can Chopped Mild Green Chillies
      1 large jar Pimentos
      1 pd. Velveeta Cheese
Stir all ingredients, except the velveeta, together and heat.

Cut velveeta into small chunks and heat until melted and blended.

For the third dish, I would probably opt for something a little milder for those who want a little more elegance: This Spicy Hot Crab Dip can be used with crackers or spooned over rice for a little of that elegance the Ladies would prefer.
This can be backed in the oven and moved to the slow cooker to keep hot, or actually made right in the slow cooker.

1 (8 oz) pkg Cream Cheese, softened
      1 TBL Milk
8 o. Fresh Lump Crab Meat
      2 TBL. Sherry
      1 tsp.

      Worcestershire Sauce
      1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
      1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce (optional)
      Juice of 1/2 Lemon
      2 TBL Grated Onion
      2 tsp.

      Prepared Horseradish
      1/4 tsp. Salt
Dash of Cayenne Pepper (Optional – You can add a little color with a sprinkle of Paprika if prefered)
Combine cream cheese and milk and blend thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients and Blend well.

If baking, spread mixture in a baking dish and Bake at 375* for 15-20 min. If cooking in the slow cooker, bake on high for 1 hour and then on low for atleast 3 hours. As I said above, this can be served with crackers as a spread, but I prefer to simmer it and then have some steamed rice on the side for those who would prefer it as a entree instead of just a spread or dip.

Thanks for all the fun recipes. I hope to read everone’s idea. I might just find a new favorite for our Super Bowl parties.

I’m going to make bacon wrapped lil smokies, BBQ pulled pork and cheesy queso dip.

      Bacon wrapped lil smokies
1 lb bacon cut in 1/3rds
      1 pkg lil smokies
      1 cup brown sugar

Wrap each smokie with a 1/3 piece of bacon held with a toothpick. Put 1 layer in bottom of slow cooker, cover with brown sugar. Keep layering the rest of the ingredients.

      Cook 3-4 hours.

      BBQ Pulled pork
      1 pork loin
      2 cups bbq sauce

Put pork loin in slow cooker. Cook 8-10 hours. Remove pork, empty juices from pot.

Shred pork and return to pot, add BBQ sauce. Cook for another 4 hours.

      Queso dip
      1 brick Velveeta
      1 pound hamburger
      1 jar Salsa or Picante

Mix all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on high to melted, stirring frequently. Yummy!

Thanks for the opportunity to win a slow cooker trio. Sure would make it a lot easier to serve for Super Bowl.

      Hi recipe challenge:
      1.
      Refried bean dip
      Ingredients:
      • 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
      • 1/4 teaspoon salt
      • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend
      • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chile peppers
      • 2 tablespoons taco sauce
      • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
      • tortilla chips
Preparation: (add a browned Jimmy Dean sausage roll……………if you’d like it a little more hardy)
In slow cooker combine beans with cheese, chile peppers, onions, salt, and taco sauce. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Serve hot from the crockpot.

      Rueben Dip (favorite)
      1 (16 ounce) jar sauerkraut, drained 1 (8 ounce)
      package cream cheese, softened
      2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 cups shredded cooked corned beef
      1/4 cup thousand island dressing
In a slow cooker, combine the sauerkraut, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, corned beef and thousand island dressing. Cover, and cook on high for 45 minutes if you’re in a hurry, low for longer if you’re not, or just until hot and cheese is melted. Stir occasionally while cooking.

Serve with cocktail rye or cracker

      Chicken Enchilada Crock-Pot Dip
Ingredients 1 pre-cooked rotisserie chicken or 2 large chicken breasts

1 8 o package pepper jack cheese, shredded
      2 8 o packages cream cheese, softened
2 green onions, sliced tops included
      favorite tortilla chips
Pull meat from chicken, discarding skin and bones, place in a large bowl. Add softened cream cheese with chicken, stirring well. If your cream cheese is not soft enough to stir with the chicken, pop it in the microwave for about a minute.

. Add the pepper jack cheese and enchilada sauce; stir well. Transfer mixture to Crock-Pot.

Cover on low heat for approimately 1 hour, or until dip is hot & bubbly. When serving, top with sliced green onions serve with your favorite tortilla chips.

For my dream set-up I would need more than one of these as I would do a munchie version of a soup and salad bar. I would have ground beef, shredded chicken, and shredded pork in one of them. In another, I would have a plain cheese sauce, a spicy cheese sauce, and a barbeque sauce.

Then I would have warm tortillas, chips, buns, and various toppings like diced tomatoes, onions, green peppers, black olives . . .

you get the idea. I would also provide other sauces and seasonings like red pepper flakes, mustard, just to give more ways to customize your plate to your taste. Then on the next table, I would have one filled with white chocolate, dark chocolate, and a cream cheese mixture with various things to dip.

      Dang, now I’m hungry!

mmmmmmmm, my mouth is watering just thinking about these dishes. I may just have to go make some.

The first is a chili cheese dip that satisfies all the way to the toes. To make it, place prepared chili in pan (chili can be what ever your favorite is- my cheater way is Hormel with beans) and add a box of Velveeta cheese, cubed, to the chili. The cheese will melt and as the chili warms. Stir occasionally.

It is always a touchdown with my crew when we get together.

The second compartment will have meatballs made with a grape jelly and bbq sauce. Pre-make (or buy in the frozen food aisle) meatballs. Place the meatballs in the center compartment and add a half jar of grape jelly and a bottle of Honey BBQ sauce.

Stir gently and let the magic of the slow cooker make your crowd cheer Touchdown as they score a taste of these. (you may want to make extra on the side these go fast).

For the 3rd compartment I would make a 7 layer chip dip for those who prefer a spicier game line up. Start with mixing a container of sour cream and salsa (medium). Layer 1: a layer of Guacamole over the bottom of the pan.

Layer 2: place a layer of refried beans (warmed and soft makes it easier to spread). On top of the 1st Layer. Layer 3: Place a layer of sliced black olives.

Layer 4: Cut and chop fresh onion and layer over the black olives. Layer 5: a second layer of softened refried beans. Layer 6: spread salsa mix over the top of the bean layer and finally add Layer 7: spread a generous amount of shredded 4 cheese (or Mexican blend) over the top of the salsa layer.

      Heat through.

The dips are great with corn (Frito) style chips, and /or Nacho Chips, have these in a bowl close by. Place appetizer style picks in front of the meatballs for quick sampling.

      Enjoy!

If I won the Triple Slow Cooker for my Superbowl Bash, I would fill the crocks with Mexican Cheese Soup, Fajita Meats & Veggies, and lots of Flour Tortillas.

      Crock 1: Mexican Cheese Soup

note: for this recipe, do not drain any of the ingredients, except ground beef
1 lb. Cheese, cubed (Velveeta is best)
1 lb. Ground Beef, precooked and drained
      1 med.

      Onion, diced
      1 can Corn
1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
      1 can Stewed Tomatoes
      1 pkg. Taco seasoning
      Tortilla Chips

      Spray crock with non-stick spray.
Mix all ingredients, EXCEPT tortilla chips, in the crock.
      Cook as follows:
      -Low Heat: 4-5 hours
      -High Heat: 3 hours

      Serve with tortilla chips.

Crock 2: Fajita Meats & Veggies

      1/4 c. Olive Oil
      1 tsp. Lime Zest
      2 tsp.

      Worchestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp. Vinegar (Apple Cider tastes best)
      1-1/2 tsp. Cumin
      1 tsp.

      Salt
      1/2 tsp. Oregano, dried
      1/2 tsp. Pepper
      2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 can Low Sodium Broth (Chicken or Beef)
      1/4 c.

      Fresh Cilantro, chopped (optional)
2 Boneless/skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into 1″ strips
2 Skirt Steaks, cut into 1″ strips (other meats optional)
2 Sweet Peppers, seeded & cut into thin slices
2 lg. Onions, halved & cut into thin slices

Place all ingredients, EXCEPT sweet peppers and onions, in crock. Stir well.

      Cook as follows:
-High heat: 3 Hours (Approximate time. May take more or less time due to protein sizes.)
-Low heat: 5-6 Hours (Approximate time. May take more or less time due to protein sizes.)

Once meats are cooked, add sweet peppers and onions. Continue cooking until tender.
      (High heat: Approx. 1 hour.

      Low heat: Approx. 2 hours.)

Serve on warm flour tortillas with toppings, such as diced tomatoes, black olives, shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream, hot sauce, etc.

      Crock 3: Warm Flour Tortillas

      Aluminum Foil
      Flour Tortillas
      Melted Butter

Line inside of crock with aluminum foil. Lightly spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.

Lightly brush each flour tortilla with melted butter and place in crock.
Once all tortillas are in crock, cover tortillas loosely with more foil, creating a shallow bowl-like structure to catch moisture created by steam off lid.
      Cook as follows:
-Use only “Warm” or “Low” heat options to prevent drying/burning tortillas.

I would put what my family calls “cat shit dip” first.
2 cans Hormel chili (with or without beans)
      1 jar cheeze whiz
      1/2 block Velveeta
      Heat thoroughly. Easy and delicious!

      Next another easy dip.
      1 block cream cheese
      1 can Hormel chili
      Shredded pepper Jack
Pour chili over cream cheese. Heat till cheese is warm. Top with shredded pepper jack.

Heat till melted. Serve with chips or crackers.

Third would have to be family’s famous baked beans.

1 extra large can Bush’s baked beans. Stir 1/2 cup of ketchup,3 Tbl spoons mustard, 11/2 to 2 cups Brown sugar, 16 oz pkg of almost crispy bacon. Heat till sauce is thick.

My family can’t enough. We have them for every gathering.

3 simple, quick recipes. I hope you enjoy them.

I would make the tailgators sticky meatballs to put in one side, sweet and sour kielbasa on the other side and hot steamed rice in the center to serve the other items on top. That way, everyone gets filled up inexpensively and no one goes hungry. We usually use regular 8 oz styrofoam cups when we get together so we don’t have a bunch of dishes. Easier to carry than paper plates, especially if you’re outside and the wind is kicking up.

i would make three of our favorites, meatballs in a sweet and tangy chili sauce, chili cheese dip and spinach-artichoke dip. this crockpot sure would make my counters less crowded. and the guys would like the snack ‘buffet’.
      meatballs
      1 lb Ground Beef
      1 Beaten Egg
      ¾ c.

      Soft Bread Crumbs
      ¼ tsp Salt
      ¼ c. Finely Chopped Onion
      1/8 c.

Finely Chopped Bell Pepper (my addition)
Mix then shape into 48 meatballs.

Sautee ½ at a time in 1 tbs oil about 8 minutes or until not pink.
I like to bake them so they aren’t so greasy.
Bake at 375* for about 20 minutes or until not pink.
Put meatballs in the Crockpot, add 2 bottles sweet chili sauce, 1 can whole cranberry sauce, 1/2-1 cup brown sugar (sweetened to your
      liking).

Turn on low setting for 1 1/2 to 2 hours then enjoy.

      Chili Cheese Dip
1 pound ground beef, venison, chicken or turkey browned and drained
2 15oz cans chili with bean
1 can chili without beans ( I like to use my homemade chili instead about 6 cups)
1 can Rotel tomatoes (mild, regular or hot depending on how spicy you want it)
      1 pound Velveeta cheese
Put all ingredients in Crockpot on low setting for at least 3 hours. Stir every once in a while. The cheese will scorch if the heat setting is higher.
Serve with Fritos scoops or on top of tortilla chips as nachos and enjoy.
Can be vegetarian by using more beans instead of meat.

      Spinach Artichoke Dip
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
      3/4 cup half-and-half
      1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
      1 garlic clove, minced
1 (10 ounce) bag frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (13 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, rinsed drained and chopped
      1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
2/3 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded

Combine cream cheese and half and half in a bowl until well blended.
Add all ingredients except monterey jack and stir well.
Pour into crock pot, cook on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until warmed through.
Sprinkle with monterey jack and enjoy!

      1/2 teaspoon black pepper
*optional: 1 small jar artichoke hearts drained and chopped

add all if the ingredients to the crock pot and cook on low 2-4 hours

      1 lb brown sugar
      1 box of toothpicks

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, cut bacon into thirds, wrap a slice of bacon around each weenie and secure with a toothpick, place weenies onto a baking sheet – be sure to get them close together

Cover weenies with 1/2 of the brown sugar and place in oven for about 20 minutes

Place weenies into your crockpot but reserve the bacon grease – add the remaining brown sugar to the grease, pour over weenies and cover, cook on low for 1-2 hours then turn to warm

this triple slowcooker would be perfect for a superbowl feast! i would make a pulled pork bar! some super savory pulled pork in one, cheesy jalapeno corn in the next and smokey and sweet baked beans in the last!

the three can be put together on a roll for a hearty sandwich or the beans and corn can be used as sides. yum! i’m getting hungry already!

      bbq pulled pork

      ingredients

      3 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt (if desired, you can cut back on the salt by only using 1 tablespoon)
      2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (if desired, you can cut back on the pepper by only using ½ teaspoon of cayenne)
      1 teaspoon garlic powder
      ½ teaspoon dried thyme
      ½ cup honey
      ¼ cup red wine vinegar
      3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, peeled and cut in half
3 to 3 ½ pounds pork shoulder, cut in half

      Instructions

      1. In a medium size mixing bowl, mix together the first six ingredients (all of the spices) with a fork.
      2. Pour in the honey, vinegar, and olive oil and stir to form a paste.
      3.

Place the onion in the bottom of the slow cooker. Top it with the 2 pieces of pork and then pour the honey paste over all sides of the pork pieces. It’s okay if some of it (or a lot of it) just drips down to the bottom.
      4.

Turn the slow cooker on to low and cook for 7 to 8 hours or until the meat is tender enough to be easily shredded with a fork.

The three dips I would make are:

      Jalapeno Popper Dip
2 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened (light works great)
1 c. mayonnaise (light also works here, but DON’T use Miracle Whip!)
      1 c.

      Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, pressed or finely minced
1 4-oz. can fire roasted green chilies
1/2-1 4-oz. can diced jalapeno peppers*, drained
optional: 8oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
Mix and put into crock pot

      Serve with
1-2 sourdough baguettes, sliced, a bag of tortilla chips, and/or crackers

      Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
      1 cup Ranch dressing
3/4 cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank’s Red Hot®)
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
      Mix and put into crockpot
1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4 inch pieces
      1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers

Hot Apple Pie Dip with Pie Chips
2 Granny Smith apples cut into small cubes
      1/2 tsp. cinnamon
      1/2 tsp. allspice
      1/2 tsp nutmeg
2-caramel apple dip or caramel ice cream topping
      For Pie crust chips
      Pie crust(refrigerator)
      sugar and cinnamon

Cut apples and combine with seasonings in crockpot. Add ice cream topping or apple dip. Cook on low.
For Pie crust chips; Use pie crust from refrigerator section of grocery store.

Roll out and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar generously. Use sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut crust into small chips. Bake as directed.

2 bags Meatballs – I buy a bag of small cocktail meatballs as a time saver..

Put meatballs in the Crockpot, add 2 bottles (12 oz) sweet chili sauce, 1 (32 oz) jar grape jelly, pinch of cayanne pepper. Turn on low setting for 1 1/2 to 2 hours then enjoy.

In the second I would do the same recipe but replace the meatballs with 3 -5 lbs Little Smokies sausages,

In the last one I would do Mac ‘n Cheese:

      8 ounces uncooked macaroni
3 (8 ounce) packages sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted and cooled
12 ounces canned evaporated milk (not condensed)
      3 eggs, fork beaten
      1 teaspoon salt
      fresh ground black pepper
1 dash grated fresh nutmeg (optional)
      Directions:

Cook raw macaroni to package directions and drain.

In a large bowl combine 2 packages of the cheese shredded, the cooled melted butter or margarine, 3 fork beaten eggs, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Stir in the drained, cooked macaroni and mix well.

      Place mixture into the crock-pot.

Sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheese.

Cook Low Power 2 to 3 hours. Do not lift cover while cooking. When done, stir mixture, and serve at once.

vanilla and 1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes, cook on low until melted and incorporated, use a small amount of milk or half and half to thin if it is too thick, serve with graham crackers, sliced pineapple, strawberries and pound cake chunks for dipping….ENJOY

This recipe is one of my family’s favorite. As football fanatics, this became a family classic and tradition to make every season. We call them Soupy Burgers.

The best part of this recipe is you make it to taste and is basically impossible to mess up. You’ll need ground chuck hamburger meat, two cans of Campbell’s vegetarian soup, ketchup, mustard and hamburger buns.
First cook the hamberger meat in a large pan. I personally like a lot of hamberger meat.
After the meat is fully cooked, add in both cans of Campbell’s vegetarian soup and mix well with the meat.
Finally add ketchup and mustard to taste.

I love ketchup so I let that dominate the mustard taste. My sister on the other hand puts more mustard.
Cook until it’s nice and hot and that’s it! Place the masterpiece on a bun and enjoy!

1). My favorite dip for Super Bowl or any party is a recipe my friend shared with me. I don’t know the real name for this dip but, we call it Crack because it is so addictive.

      2 packages cream cheese
      1 can Rotel tomatoes

Put both packages of cream cheese and the Rotel tomatoes in a microwave safe dish. Cook on high for three minutes. Remove from the microwave and stir until blended.

Can be eaten hot or cold.
This could also be made in a crockpot and kept warm to serve.

      2) crockpot Salsa Dip

      2) Buffalo Chicken Dip
