      Caramelized Beef Skewers

      Prep Time: 10 min

      Total Time: 26 min

      Makes: 4 servings, two skewers each

      1 lb. beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced

      1/4 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce, divided

      1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

      1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

      TOSS steak with 2 Tbsp. of the steak sauce; let stand 10 min. to

      marinate. Meanwhile, combine remaining 2 Tbsp. steak sauce, the

      barbecue sauce and mustard; set aside.

      PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Thread steak onto eight long

      soaked wooden or metal skewers.

      GRILL skewers 6 min. or until steak is cooked through, turning after

      3 min. and brushing generously with the barbecue sauce mixture.

      Classic Layered Salad

      Prep Time: 20 min

      Total Time: 3 hr 20 min

      Makes: 8 servings, 1 cup each

      8 cups chopped iceberg lettuce

      3/4 cup sliced red onions (about 1 small)

      2 cups frozen peas, thawed (one 10-oz. pkg.)

      1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped

      3/4 cup KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise

      1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

      1 Tbsp. sugar

      1 cup KRAFT Natural Three Cheese Crumbles

      2/3 cup chopped tomatoes (about 2 small)

      LAYER lettuce, onions, peas and ham in large straight-sided serving

      bowl.

      MIX mayo, Parmesan cheese and sugar. Spread over salad to seal;

      cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

      TOP with cheese crumbles and tomatoes just before serving; toss

      gently.

      Greek Isles Pasta Salad

      Prep Time: 15 min

      Total Time: 15 min

      Makes: 8 servings, 1 cup each

      3 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked

      2 cups baby spinach leaves

      1 cup KRAFT Natural Mediterranean Style Cheese Crumbles

      1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

      3/4 cup drained canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed

      1/2 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing

      COOK pasta as directed on package; drain. Place in large bowl.

      ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

      SERVE immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

      Substitute

      Substitute combined 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, 2 Tbsp.

      lemon juice and 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves for the Greek vinaigrette

      dressing.

      Jazz It Up

      Add 1/2 cup sliced black olives.

      Fruity Lemonade Cooler

      Prep Time: 10 min

      Total Time: 10 min

      Makes: 4 servings, about 1 cup each

      2 cups water

      1/2 cup COUNTRY TIME Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix

      3 cups chopped seedless watermelon

      1 cup ice cubes

      PLACE all ingredients in blender; cover.

      BLEND on high speed until smooth.

      POUR into four glasses to serve.

      How to Prepare Watermelon-Flavored Ice Cubes

      Puree additional chopped watermelon in blender until smooth. Pour

      into ice cube trays; freeze until firm. Use in place of plain ice

      cubes to add flavor to, and chill, your favorite cold drink, such as

      ginger ale or fruit juice.

      Frosty Orange Dream Squares

      Prep Time: 20 min

      Total Time: 3 hr 20 min

      Makes: 24 servings, one square each

      40 NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)

      1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted

      2 cups cold milk

      2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding &

      Pie Filling

      1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

      2 cups orange sherbet, softened

      LINE 13×9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides

      of pan. Mix wafer crumbs and butter. Press firmly onto bottom of

      prepared pan; set aside until ready to use.

      ADD milk to dry pudding mixes in medium bowl. Beat with wire whisk 2

      min. or until well blended. Gently stir in half of the whipped

      topping. Spoon evenly over crust. Refrigerate 10 min. Add remaining

      whipped topping to sherbet; stir with wire whisk until well blended.

      Spoon evenly over pudding layer; cover.

      FREEZE at least 3 hours or overnight. Use foil handles to remove

      dessert from pan before cutting into squares to serve. Store leftover

      dessert in freezer.

      Substitute

      Prepare as directed, using lemon or lime sherbet.

      Prepare as directed, using COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.
