suggestions wanted for reducing grocery budget

Hi,

I am hoping you can help us reduce our $ spent at the store… dh and I have
been working on the taxes this week and both came out of entering all our
checks in the computer (quicken) horrified at the actual amount we spend to
eat! I have been racking my brain trying to think of what to eat in place of
chips and crackers for snacks…

what to have for lunch besides lunch
meat… How do you all do it?
