A suggestion for kids snacks. We make the tortillas from the $10 week grocery list, I use the one recipe to make 32 tortillas instead of 16. I guess I like them thinner, or smaller.
We then use a pizza cutter to cut some into triangles, spray both sides lightly with oil and shake on some flavoring like salt, garlic, taco seasoning, onion powder, cinnamon sugar (my kids favorite), or whatever you feel like. Then we bake them until they are crisp. It takes about 10 minutes in my oven at 350, but my oven is a bit quirky so you may need to experiment.
They are very good and much healthier than store bought snacks (cheaper too.)
