Suggestions for Leftover Veg Juice?

I use the juice as the base to cook my beef meat in when making beef stew- just cook the meat in the juice until tender, then add your veggies and cook until done…my family loves it that way and it seems to cut down on salt/spices that are needed and also seems to help tenderize the meat a little bit.
