      To follow up: I ended up freezing most of the leftover juice (I had to toss the

      last cup b/c

      my freezer is filled to the gills). Just defrosted it and made a simple pasta

      sauce: leftover

      vegetable juice (24 frozen cubes, thawed); 1 small can tomato paste; pasta herbs

      (oregano, basil, salt, pepper, rosemary, dried onion, dried celery, dried onion

      & whatever

      else looked good); 1 pkg. ground turkey cooked & drained. YUM!!!!
