      Sugar-Free Breakfast Shake

      1 cup coffee, cold
      3 tbs protein powder, vanilla or chocolate
      1/2 cup coconut milk
      2 tbs flaxseed meal
      1 pkt Stevia
      3 ice cubes

      Place all ingredients in a blender.
      Blend until creamy. Can also make this in a shaker cup. 1 Serving
