when i find a good sale on a 10 pound bag of potatoes, i cut some into wedges and bake them at about 350 or so for about 45 minutes to an hour. I usually just add salt and pepper before baking so it sticks. I try to under cook them (maybe 30 minutes baking time) so i can freeze them, takes some time but is much cheaper than buying frozen.
I am sure you can add any seasoning you like best. Krystal in MN
