Have you tried food elimination to see if you have an allergy or intolerance? Try cutting out dairy for 2 weeks, if that doesn’t help, try eliminating gluten product (wheat, barley, oats and such). These are the two most common allergens.Most packaging is labeled with allergy information these days. I tried this and found I have a gluten allergy. It took onlyabout 3 days to feel better.
