      Steak Salad
      2.5 cups tightly packed torn romaine lettuce
      1 plum tomatoes, sliced
      1/2 yellow pepper, halved, grilled and cut into strips
      1/2 lb beef flank steak, grilled, sliced
      1/4 cup shredded Colby and Monteray Jack
      1/4 cup zesty Italian dressing
      Cover 2 salad plates with lettuce.
      Top with vegetables, meat and cheese.
      Drizzle with dressing just before serving. Serves 2
      momkids smilie
