Take a round steak put in a one gallon zip lock bag, use a meat hammer to beat it down to aprox. 1/8-1/4″ thick. remove from bag and cut the same width as bacon, season the steak as you like, place down one strip of bacon place a strip of round steak on top, roll it up and put 2 tooth picks in it to hold it. then BAR-B-Q until done.
