      1 (10oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed & sqeezed dry
      1/2 cup light mayo
      1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
      1 tsp seasoned salt
      1/2 tsp dried dill weed leaves
      juice of 1/2 lemon
      1/2 cup chopped parsley
      1/2 cup chopped green onions

      Blend all in a medium sized bowl. Refrigerate.

      Makes 12 (1/4 cup) servings
