Spinach Dinner Salad
1 lb baby spinach
1 cup cooked quinoa
2 grilled salmon filets, cut up
1 avocado, diced
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
fruit vinaigrette
In a large bowl, place ingredients in order. This is great with crusty bread. Serves 4
